• Please, utilize the apartment and all the furniture and equipment by default as intended.
• Please, switch off all the electrical appliances (iron, oven, hobs) which could be a cause of fire, also the heaters/ coolers before leaving the apartment.
Please, observe the rules of the Neighbor’s association in the building
- Parties, loud music, shouting and other noisy events are not acceptable.
• Excessive noise, smoking, littering or dropping cigarette butts in public areas of the building (staircase, entrance, hallways, elevator etc.) are not allowed.
• In the event of a complaint from neighbors or police interaction because of violation of the rules above or any antisocial behavior will conduct a termination of the stay without any refund or compensation, regardless of the period for which the apartment for short term rent has been rented.
A security deposit will be charged. The guests must be willing and able to pay extra if the damages or missing goods are of a higher monetary value than the deposit.

Нам настолько понравились эти апартаменты, что уезжать совсем не хотелось))) Квартира новая, современная, очень чистая, комфортная и невероятно уютная. Здесь действительно было всё для идеального отдыха. А какой здесь вид! 😍 Из окон и с балкона открывается просто шикарная панорама на море — это отдельная любовь. До моря буквально 3 минуты пешком, что очень удобно. Рядом множество вкусных ресторанов, а также прекрасная пешеходная зона для прогулок. Мы остались в полном восторге и очень надеемся, что ещё вернёмся сюда. Эти апартаменты мы действительно очень полюбили)))

Unser Kurzurlaub in Varna war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war in einem absolut einwandfreien Zustand, sehr modern eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Begeistert waren wir vom Meerblick, den man sowohl vom Balkon als auch direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus genießen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Als kleine Anregung für zukünftige Gäste insbesondere bei längeren Wochenendtrips wären ein zweites Set Handtücher sowie Strandtücher eine schöne Ergänzung. Wir haben allerdings nicht aktiv nach weiteren Handtüchern gefragt und sind uns sicher, dass dies bei Bedarf problemlos möglich gewesen wäre. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Der Strand ist in nur etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Stadtzentrum liegt nur rund zehn Minuten entfernt. Wenn wir wieder einen Urlaub in Varna planen, wird diese definitiv zu unseren Favoriten gehören. Klare Empfehlung!

מדובר בדירה חדשה מהניילונים, נקייה מאוד! מטופחת יהיו כלים חדשים לבישול במטבח, המיקום והנוף היו עוצרי נשימה. הדלת והבניינים מאובטחים באמצעות נעימה אוטומטית חזקה. אני חושבת שהתמונות לא משקפות עד כמה הדירה ברמה גבוהה וטובה! הופתענו מהאיכות והנוחות. היינו נשארים בדירה לטווח ארוך היא בהחלט ראויה לכך, תודה רבה !

The apartment was great. Everything is brand new and the interior design is superb. The apartment is overlooking the sea and the surrounding heights so the view is breathtaking. There is however one serious drawback- the underground parking is unsuitable for a car bigger than VW Golf because the manoeuvring space is small. I had to make over 50 manoeuvres to take my Mazda CX-5 out of the garage upon leaving and I didn’t dare to take the car out of the garage during the time of our stay. The parking places in the surrounding Greek neighbourhood are not enough to accommodate all the cars so it will be very difficult to park in the neighbourhood as well.
