Welcome to a brand-new, cozy, and fully equipped apartment, located in a quiet and green area just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is situated in St. St. Constantine and Helena – the oldest seaside resort in Bulgaria, known for its natural mineral springs, peaceful atmosphere, and the beautiful combination of sea and nature.
The space
It features a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, air conditioning and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing your own meals, including a large refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, cookware and kitchen utensils.
The bedroom is bright and comfortable, with a large double bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and plenty of storage space for luggage. There is also a small desk with a mirror, suitable for work, makeup or getting ready before going out.
The bathroom is practical and well equipped, with a shower cabin, sink with mirror, washing machine and dryer — a convenient option for guests planning a longer stay.

The kitchen has everything you need, and the apartment feels very homey, as if someone actually lives here. It’s cool, bright, and the bed is very comfortable. The only thing I would improve is the TV in the room, as it still needs to be installed properly to be fully usable. I would also replace some of the kitchen utensils with newer ones. Other than that, everything was great. The host was very attentive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay.

Location in one new complex with free car parking place, clean, all amenities are of good quality and well maintained, shower with good water pressure, control and drainage, good communication with the helpful host.
