It's a good apartment with TVs and air-conditioning in every room. I gave it 4 stars because wife was not happy with how clean the place was and problems getting in. The important things were clean. Bathrooms, bed sheets, towels were clean. There was some hair around the floor and the washing machine was very dirty, had to clean it before we use it. On the day of check in we got a message we can get in at 13:30 but we were not given the key box code. We arrived at the address at 13:30 and I sent message asking if we can get in or at least live the luggage so we can go for lunch, but got no answer. At 15:00 which was our initial promised time I received the code for the keybox and we got in. Disappointing to tell us we can come earlier and then make us carry our luggage around Varna for lunch.
