The bedrooms are with black-out curtains and double beds. One is 200/200, and the other – 140/200. The kitchen is equipped and stocked with all kinds of dishes and new electrical appliances. The sofa in living room is comfortable for 1 guest. All rooms are with air conditioners for the summer and TVs. The apartment for short stay is heated with a floor system using a heat pump. The water is connected to a purification system.
