It is located in a new building from 2019 by the central city street. An underground parking space may be reserved if it is free for the desired period. Its price is 10 leva per night.

From September 20eth to June 30eth for a minimum of 5 months. There is a commission charge of 50% of the first rent. Utility costs (electricity and water) are not included in the rental price.
