The apartment for stay is fully furnished. It consists of living room with an air conditioner, stretchable sofa, kitchenette with integrated appliances – extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, cutlery and cooking stuff… The guests can enjoy the see view from the balcony.  The bedroom is with double bed and wardrobe.
It is very close to city park where you can visit the Zoo, Dolphinarium or attend in sport activities. There is a shopping center 300 m from the building. Restaurants, cafes, ATM, pharmacy, shops, supermarket, fitness and everything else you may need is available there.
There is a free parking space in front of the building.
The bus stop to the center or to the resorts is on a walking distance.
