The short stay apartment consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, separate service spaces and a balcony.

In the living room one person can sleep comfortably on the leather sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.

One of the bedrooms is with a double bed andthere is an exit to balcony and the other one is withs two single beds.

The apartment for short term rent is in the center of Varna, surrounded by shops, restaurants, banks …

The Sea Garden is steps away from the building. There you can have fun at the Dolphinarium or the Zoo, at the amusement park or just work out on the green alleys.

Long Term Rent:
From September 20eth to June 30eth for a minimum of 5 months. There is a commission charge of 50% of the first rent. Utility costs (electricity and water) are not included in the rental price.
Monthly price: € 500.
