We offer apartment for short term rent in the center of Varna, near the Palace of sport and culture, City Park and the University of Economics. The building is within walking distance to the beach and city center.
The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, two terraces, bathroom, toilet. Here you will find everything you need for your stay! The maximum capacity is of 4 people. There is a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and cable tv in the bedroom, balcony.
The living room is furnished with a stretchable sofa, TV, dining table. Kitchen is equipped with all electric appliances / oven, hob, extractor, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and others.
There is a secured car park 350 meters from the building, next to the Palace of sport and culture.

Long Term Rent:
From September 20eth to June 30eth for a minimum of 5 months. There is a commission charge of 50% of the first rent. Utility costs (electricity and water) are not included in the rental price.
