Company Policy

SG Estates Ltd Policy

Booking, Stay and Payment

  • Deposit of 30% is required after booking. It must be paid within 3 working days after reservation. The rest of the money will be paid on check-in day.
  • Pets are allowed in some of the apartments. Fee applies. Refundable check-out deposit is required.
  • High chair or crib upon request according to availability. There is additional charge.
  • In case of emergency unlocking, 10 fee applies. In case of using locksmith’s service it will be paid by the guest.
  • Free weekly cleaning, change of bed linen and towels on request is included for booking longer than 10 days, ..

Cancellation

  • If a guest cancels a reservation up to 30 days before the check-in date, the deposit is fully refunded.
  • If a guest cancels a reservation within 30 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Deposit is refunded if urgent repairs of the reserved accommodation are required or the reservation is duplicated.
  • If the stay is terminated prematurely, the remaining amount is not refunded.
  • If a long-term reservation (more than 30 days) is terminated prematurely, the fee is 50% of the price for the remaining days of the reservation, but not less than the price for 30 days.

Check-in and Check-out policy

  • Check-in from 3 p.m. (15.00) till 7.30 pm (19.30)
  • Earlier check-in is possible only if the apartment is free.
  • Check-out- by 11 a.m.
  • Fees for late check-out in % of a daily price:
  • From 12 p.m. (12.00) to 2 p.m. (14.00) – 50%
  • After 2 p.m. (14.00)- 100%
  • A charge for luggage, left for late pick up- 10

Security Deposit

  • Security deposit is required for some of the apartments as the guest will be notified before reservation is done.
  • All breakages, losses or damage are payable by the guest.

They can be deducted from the security deposit(if applicable) but however the deposit shall not limit the guest’s liability.

  • The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out if there is no damage.
  • The guest must be able to pay the necessary costs of repairing any damage caused by fault in an apartment for which no such deposit is required

Apartment’s Regulations

  • Please, utilize the apartment and all the furniture and equipment by default as intended.
  • Please, turn/ switch off all the electrical appliances (iron, oven, hobs) which could be a cause of fire, also the heaters/ coolers before leaving the apartment.

Please, observe the rules of the Neighbor’s association in the building

  • Parties, loud music, shouting and other noisy events are not acceptable.

  • Quiet hours:

From Monday till Friday: between 10 pm and 9 am;

Saturday and Sunday: between 23 pm and 10 am

  • Excessive noise, smoking, littering or dropping cigarette butts in public areas of the building (staircase, entrance, hallways, elevator etc.) are not allowed.
  • In the event of a complaint from neighbors or police interaction because of violation of the rules above or any antisocial behavior will conduct a termination of the stay without any refund or compensation, regardless of the period for which the apartment for short term rent has been rented.

Number of Guests

  • Full name, mobile number, number of guests residing the apartment during the stay are required at booking.
  • The personal data of all guests are recorded (full name, gender, nationality, date of birth, passport/identity card number) upon check-in.
  • Only the guests, marked in reservation details are allowed to reside the apartment during specified reservation.
  • Violation of any of the rules above will conduct a termination of the stay without any refund or compensation, regardless of the period for which the apartment for short term rent has been rented.

Responsibilities and Claims

Neither “SG Estates” nor the owner of the apartment could be held liable for direct or indirect damages, losses due fire, injury, theft or other criminal acts during the guests stay in the apartment.

If “SG Estates” are unable to accommodate guests in the booked apartment, due to force majeure, they reserve the right to accommodate guests in an apartment with similar qualities or characteristics.
